Learn ways to develop leaders and release the full potential of your church. This practical session will provide you with tools to coach and develop leaders of leaders. You don't have to or should not do it all yourself. There are others who God wants to partner with you in getting results that matter. Our presenter, Dr. Mel Ming, is a master communicator, teacher and advisor in both church and secular communities. He currently serves as executive director of pastoral care and development for Northwest Ministry Network in Washington and Northern Idaho. Mel is also a founding partner of Leadership Development Resources LLC, developers of the course used for the 18-month church development groups in our Network.
