Understanding and Navigating Church Size and Life Cycle March 23rd & 24th

What direction is your church headed? Can you get there with the team you have? How does your church size determine it’s next move? The Discipleship Ministries of WNMD is excited to offer a new one day workshop the helps you understand and navigate your church size and it’s life cycle. Each church is unique based on its size, age, context and culture. Leading, relating, organizing, and decision making is different for each church. Smart leaders understand church size characteristics, diagnose the congregation’s place in the Life Cycle … and lead accordingly. In this workshop you will learn the unique characteristics of your church size, where your church is on its life cycle and what you can do to lead toward greater church health and effectiveness. The workshops will be lead by Steve Mills. Steve serves as a church coach/consultant and conference speaker. He is a founding partner of Leadership Development Resources, a ministry that provides resources and training for the local church.
