LDR Church Leadership Development Networks were created by Dr. Mel Ming and Steve Mills. Mel is the church leadership coach and executive director of the Division of Pastoral Care and Development for the Northwest Ministry Network. He also serves as a church coach /consultant and conference speaker. Previously he developed and directed the Doctor of Ministry program at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He has served as a pastor, missionary, educator, and denominational leader. Steve Mills was one of the principle creators of the We Build People program for the Assemblies of God and is a founding partner of Leadership Development Resources, LLC. Their company, Leadership Development Resources, will be providing ongoing training for our leadership team.
